I remember as a young person being told by parents, teachers, mentors – “you can work through it” – ask yourself why things aren’t going the way you want (negative self talk) and you can work through it. Ok – so I did not know where to start!
How do you begin to work through something?

Fact is we have all of our answers to every concern inside of us – but we need to ask the right questions to get the answers!
One thing that a good coach does is ask the right questions. Develop conversation around what the client wants to change and come up with questions that will prompt the answer.
Beginning to understand what is urgent in your life can change your whole day – focus on the important things – be able to really define urgent vs important.
Here is just a small sampling of questions you can ask yourself in order to reveal your answers!…
- What can you do about that?
- What other choices can you make?
- What is really bothering you about this?
- What do you want to experience?
- What do you need to get that done?
Get Rid of Negative Self Talk
This is a good start – you will begin to naturally ask yourself empowering questions once your brain pattern changes to empowering thoughts vs the negative self talk most of us experience daily.
