What does love and joy have to do with the pain in your life? Whether it is emotional or physical pain – joy and love can make that burden less heavy.
There is a part of our spirit – that knowing that we all have inside. We all say….my gut told me to do this or that. It is that feeling in the gut that we need to make a daily practice to listen to.Believe in a life that you truly want. BE who you really want to be. #lifeisgood Click To Tweet
If doing so proves to be wrong – so what! – I promise that following your gut and/or that quiet voice in the back of your mind – you will come out feeling more successful every time – I mean every time.
Allow things to be as they are…
Decide not to label an experience good or bad. Decide not to label a task successful or failure. Pretend that there is no such thing as right or wrong, good or bad…just allow things to be as they are and be grateful enough to accept things as they are.
Your life will be so much easier – I PROMISE!!
I had the privilege to be at the side of the bed when my father-in-law got called out of this game we call life. He had been transitioned to hospice care and had no sooner gotten into the hospice unit that we were called to his bedside – it was his time. The hospice nurse he had was an angel and knew what to tell us and how important it was to share our feelings. She let us know that the last thing (as far as we can tell) to leave is the ability to hear what is happening around them.
Every Moment We Have is a True Gift
So we began to share things that we would miss about Emil (my father-in-law) and told him we knew he would miss us but that we would always know that energetically he would be with us. We laughed about things – like how he insisted on wearing the socks with holes even after I had just given him brand new socks for Christmas! It was one of the most beautiful experiences I have been a part of. As Emil took one of his final breaths, I realized that every moment we have here is a true gift – but also realized that the biggest gift ever is the life to come – the one we know so very little about.
Live in the Moment
What does this have to do with anything? – Possibly nothing – but I want you to know that I am determined to do my best to share what I feel I have to share to help eliminate physical and emotional pain in this world – to help people understand that being in the present moment is the most valuable place to live. Worrying about the past is like praying for what you don’t want and being anxious about the future is like wishing for what you don’t want – believe in a life that you truly want – vision it – feel what it feels like – BE who you really want to be.
Make your next transition be into a place of peace and harmony – somewhat of a heaven on earth!
Hugs and Love,
